2 Wrestler Suffer Injuries At NXT Live Events

NXT held two Live Events last night and we received bad news from both events.

At the house show in Atlanta, Karen Q broke her leg during a tag team match. She teamed with Bianca Belair and defeated Reina Gonzalez and Rhea Ripley. The injury occurred during a broken up pin attempt.

Karen Q confirmed the injury via instagram: “Unfortunately, I won’t be able to finish the #NXTRoadTrip. I’m so proud of the matches I had this weekend and I’m grateful to have the best family, friends and coworkers! My leg is broken, but I’ll be back! Thanks to all who have reached out and showed me love! #HoldMyDrinkIllBeBack

The second injury happened at the Live Event in Fort Pierce, Florida. Fans in attendence report that Ellering hurt her knee during her match with Lacey Lane. The match had to be stopped and she was then helped to the back. No information yet on the severity of the injury.
